Yarn Give Away

Ok, I'm stealing Elizabeth's idea and giving away some yarn. If you are short on wool yarn but want to make a baby blanket then send me your email address. I will take names until tomorrow (Thursday) and hopefully announce the winner and ship on Friday.
Here's a photo of the pumpkin yarn (4 skeins) plus 2 skeins of one of the other three colors. What do you think will go best with pumpkin yarn? My hubby usually helps me combine colors since he has better taste than me but he teaching computer classes. Sue, Pearl, what would you choose?

Way to go, Shirley! I'm looking forward to picking some more yarn out of my stash, too -- but I'll let you go first :) It's so much fun to release it so that it gets knitted and crocheted up in time for a deadline.

I'll let someone else try for this yarn. Thanks for the offer. You all are so generous! cyndy

and I think the orange would go well with the brown.

I posted too quick...You said two colors, but the variegated has both brown and blue in it, so either brown or blue with the orange.

Me again -- I think I'd use them all! It looks like all the colors are there in the variegated skein, and I think having two accent colors would make the composition more lively (not to mention giving you more yardage to work with).

I'm a blue & orange fan myself....as long as they are the right shades. If the colors in the picture are true, I would have no problem mixing them.

And reassure Fred, Sue, that I'm not a Gator's fan. Unless of course, he likes them, then....GO GATORS!!
