Everybody's a winner!

Six people replied to my offer of yarn to use for the current A4A campaign. You're right, there were only four bundles listed in my giveaway. But it seems mean to leave out just two people. . . so I am rummaging for extra yarn to send to them. Do not worry -- I am not running out of good stuff, and if anyone can spare some, it's me. (Robin and Marcie, both of you will be getting something -- I'm just not sure yet what it will be! Watch this space.)

The Lamb's Pride goes to Diane; the Naturespun worsted goes to Tory; the Lopi goes to Bloo; and the Bartlett goes to Kathy. In the mail tomorrow. Can't wait to see (or, for those of you without cameras, hear) what the yarn becomes.

Thanks, everybody!

OOOOhhh! Thank YOU, Elizabeth! I have made lots of mitts with Lopi and I like how fast it goes, and how thick the final product is. And I look forward to playing with some new colors!

Thanks so very much for sharing with us!

Like winning the lottery! Thank you, Elizabeth! I think it must be good karma: I mailed off my finished items today (2 vests and a pair of socks intended for the now-defunct Warm Woolies) before reading the good news. I look forward to trying a new yarn.

Hi again--just read your comments on the Naturespun. Why do you think it is better for mittens than for socks?

Thanks so much Elizabeth! I'm looking forward to surprise yarn.

Thank you, Elizabeth! I'm watching my mailbox for the packet and will get started on it following my current pair of socks (in Lion Wool varigated)

Hi Elizabeth--I love the new yarn! My daughter helped me choose the 4 most compatible colors from your stash and I added a main color from my stash and I am zipping along. You inspired me to post my own giveaway with some perfectly good yarn that simply does not speak to me anymore but someone else may love it. Thank you!

The Bartlett yarn arrived a few days ago, thanks so much Elizabeth! Lots of bits of different colors. Looks like mittens.
